This policy applies to purchases made on fanmatcher.com from Kyle Page, trading as Fanmatcher. It does not reduce your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Change-of-mind cancellations
For most online orders, you can cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after you receive the goods (or the last item in an order delivered in parts). Email website@fanmatcher.com with your name and order number. You then have 14 days after telling us to send the goods back.
Send returns to: Kyle Page, Fanmatcher, 28 May Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2 3EB, United Kingdom. Please package items securely and keep proof of postage. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of return postage. Contact us before sending an item if you need help with the return.
Sealed health and hygiene products
The change-of-mind cancellation right ends for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery. This exception does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty or not as described.
Refunds
We will refund the price paid and any standard delivery charge you paid. We do not have to refund an extra charge for a more expensive delivery option you chose. We may reduce the refund if handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods has reduced their value. We will issue the refund to the original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, email website@fanmatcher.com with your order number and details. We will explain the appropriate refund, repair, or replacement and arrange a return where needed. We will not require you to pay reasonable return costs for goods that are faulty or supplied incorrectly.
